Booking & payment

• A booking request is not a confirmed reservation. Confirmation is issued in writing after availability is checked and the required deposit or full payment is received.
• The lead traveller must provide accurate names, ages, contact details and document information for every guest.
• Quotations are valid only for the period shown and may change when airline, hotel, permit, tax or currency costs change.
• Payment may be accepted by bank transfer, UPI or another method shown on the official invoice. Never send funds to an unverified personal account.
• Late or incomplete payment may release reserved services without liability to Bahadur Tours & Travels.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent from the booking contact by email or WhatsApp and are effective only after acknowledgement.

• Package-specific cancellation terms in the quotation take priority where they are stricter or more detailed.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method after suppliers release funds. Processing times depend on banks and providers.
• Visa rejection, illness, weather disruption and personal emergencies do not automatically create a right to a full refund; travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel documents & traveller responsibilities

• Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, permits, identification, health certificates and entry requirements.
• Names provided for tickets must exactly match official documents. Correction and reissue costs are paid by the traveller.
• Bahadur Tours & Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or entry caused by missing, expired or incorrect documents.
• Travellers must follow local laws, customs, hotel rules and the lawful instructions of guides and authorities.

Changes, substitutions & force majeure

• Reasonable itinerary changes may be made for safety, weather, transport disruption, government restrictions or supplier availability.
• Where a major confirmed service becomes unavailable, we will aim to provide a comparable alternative or explain the available refund or credit.
• Bahadur is not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, civil unrest, closures and carrier cancellations.

Liability & third-party providers

• Hotels, airlines, ferries, activity operators and vehicle providers are independent suppliers responsible for their own services.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.
• Travellers remain responsible for valuables, medication and personal belongings. Report loss, injury or service issues immediately so assistance can be attempted.

Accommodation, transport & special requests

• Hotel categories and room descriptions follow supplier information. Check-in, meals, bedding and local taxes vary by property.
• Vehicle type may be replaced with a comparable vehicle when operationally necessary.
• Accessibility, dietary, adjoining-room and other special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Activities, health & safety

• Adventure and water activities involve inherent risk. Guests must disclose relevant medical conditions and follow safety briefings.
• Operators may refuse participation where age, fitness, weather, equipment or conduct creates a safety risk.
• Guests must not participate while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Appropriate travel and medical insurance is recommended.

Privacy & communications

• We use personal information to quote, book, support and communicate about travel services, issue invoices and meet legal obligations.
• Necessary data may be shared with travel suppliers, payment providers, WhatsApp, email providers and authorities. We do not sell personal information.
• Operational records are retained only as reasonably required for bookings, accounting, disputes and law. Access to the operations dashboard must be restricted to authorised staff.
• Marketing messages include an opt-out. Essential booking and safety messages may still be sent.

Reviews, photos & visitor videos

• Guests keep ownership of submitted reviews and media but grant Bahadur permission to display approved submissions on its website and marketing channels.
• Do not upload content featuring people who have not agreed to publication, children without guardian permission, copyrighted music or unlawful material.
• Submissions may be moderated, cropped or removed for safety, privacy, accuracy and presentation. Permission can be withdrawn for future use by contacting us.

Intellectual property, complaints & law

• Bahadur branding, original website content and layouts may not be commercially copied without permission.
• Report service complaints as soon as possible during the trip and send supporting details within 14 days after travel.
• These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will hear unresolved disputes.

By requesting or paying for a booking, the lead traveller confirms authority to accept these terms for all guests included in the booking.
